At its base this Malibu rebuild has an eclectic and casual California aesthetic. We have been working closely with our clients, an art dealer and prominent sculptor, to create a whimsical home with unique details and materials. The intent is for this house to feel easy to live in; low maintenance, high design, and curate finishes that will age well over time. Textured oak floors and tumbled limestone will be found throughout with pops of pink quartz, pitted marble, and leathered stone. Playful wallcoverings can be spotted in their pantry, powder bathroom, and laundry room. When we’re done this house will feel as welcoming as it does creative. Also, the views are KILLER!
